HOW IT WORKS

1. TELL US ABOUT YOUR DRESS

Complete our online enquiry form and send us details of your wedding dress, including:

• Designer and style name, if known
• Original retail price and price you would like back
• Size
• colour
• style
• Clear photographs of the dress. Photos need to be original photos not designers stock photos, these cant be used for copyright reasons
• A description about the gown ie when it was purchased ,whether it has been worn, did it have any alterations, whether it has been professionally cleaned etc

We’ll review the details and let you know whether your dress is suitable for Bridal Reloved to sell in store. This depends on the designer, age of dress and if we have room in our showroom.

2. IF THE DRESS QUALIFIES FOR AN ONLINE SALE  

You will prompted to complete the registration form and pay the £25 free via PAYPAL. An online sale works like other online selling platforms, you would post the dress to the buyer once you have been paid for it.

3. IF WE AGREE TO SELL IN STORE

If we think your dress is a good fit for Bridal Reloved, we’ll agree a realistic selling price with you.

Our aim is to achieve the best possible price for your dress while keeping it attractive to today’s bride.

The second-hand bridal market is different from the original retail market, so pricing considers factors such as:

Designer • Condition • Age • Style • Size • Original retail price • Alterations • Current bridal trends

We will always be honest about what we believe your dress is likely to sell for.

4. YOUR DRESS COMES TO BRIDAL RELOVED

Once we have agreed to work together, we’ll arrange for your dress to come to us.

We’ll make sure your dress is presented beautifully and given the best possible opportunity to find its next bride. it will be marketed on our website and social media

5. WHAT WE DO FOR YOU

Once your dress is with us, we take care of the selling process.

We’ll:

✨ Photograph and/or professionally present your dress
✨ Market it to brides looking for pre-loved gowns
✨ Showcase its best features
✨ Answer enquiries from potential buyers
✨ Arrange viewings where applicable
✨ Help brides with sizing and fit information

6. WHEN YOUR DRESS SELLS

When your dress finds its new bride, we’ll let you know.

Once the sale has been completed and our agreed terms have been fulfilled, you’ll receive your agreed share of the sale proceeds.

You don’t need to deal with buyers, negotiate prices or arrange collections yourself — that’s what we’re here for.
