Davids Bridal Bridal Dress

A stunning, A-line wedding dress, with lace top and satin skirt. Full skirt with three layers of netting underneath. V-neck top with low plunge neckline, and plunging V-neck back.
The skirt was originally a full David’s Bridal wedding dress, bought second-hand. The top was a bridal top from Lace and Favour, bought new.
The skirt and top were sewn together by a seamstress, using material from the original dress to create a waistband, and a bow on the back of the dress.
There are no bra cups in the top, as I preferred to wear a low-back bra on my wedding day, but these could be easily added.
The dress is in very good condition and has been lovingly washed. It is stored in its original David’s Bridal bag.
There is a very tiny hole in the lace, on the back of the dress, above the left armpit. This is not visible when worn, due to the decorative nature of the lace. There is a small, dull grey mark on the front of the dress, around 5cm above the hem – this is barely visible when worn due to how the fabric drapes. On the back of the skirt, there is a small imperfection, though this would not be noticeable when wearing the dress. Please ask if you require further specific photos of these areas (only four photos are allowed on the listing).
I am 5 foot 6, size 8 on the top half (bust 32), and size 10 on the bottom half. I wore small heels on my wedding day. The dress fitted me beautifully, and could be easily altered to fit a smaller frame, or the skirt used with a different top (this work would need to be done by a seamstress – the top is currently well attached to the skirt).
I loved wearing this dress for my October wedding last year. I was very grateful to find it second hand in the first place, and am selling it because I would love someone else to experience wearing a gorgeous dress for an affordable price. I am convinced that a second-hand dress makes for a more relaxed wedding day!
