The Wedding Awards 2018 by Carol @ Bridal Reloved Liverpool
The nervous excitement in the air, my stomach in knots, “its time to announce the winners” – Jon Jessop’s voice announces “ and the regional winner for Best Bridal Boutique North England is…….” I’m holding my breath and hoping its me! “And the award goes to…Bridal ReVolved” I hear clapping and cheering and people patting me on the back, then I realise thats me but he’s gotten my name wrong! I think screw it I’m still going up there!. As I’m walking up with my amazing friends and peers shouting congratulations at me Jon announces my actual name “Bridal Reloved Liverpool” and with my phone in my hand live on Instagram I’m shouting wooooo hooooo and collecting my certificate from the gorgeous Concha and Aurora from the Titanic Hotel Liverpool.
It was such an amazing night at the Epstein theatre which was put together by the amazing Yvonne Bennett, with professional wedding suppliers from all over the UK coming to Liverpool for the red carpet event. There was lots to see and do with amazing dancers Desi Nach, singer and pianist Victoria Sharpe , signers, speakers and of course the fabulous duo that is Laurel & Hardy taking to the stage to entertain.
After winning last years award for Best Customer Service I was just thrilled to have been nominated again and to make it to the finals, so I was absolutely over the moon to have won, especially in such a strong category for the North England region. I’m hoping this helps to pave the way for brides who want to have the designer wedding dress without the big price tag. It shows that second hand wedding dresses and sample designer wedding dresses are desirable for your wedding day with much more to come. The Liverpool brides definitely have a lot of class and taste but they’re also savvy with their cash!

It was so fantastic to see so many of the amazing people I’ve met over my year and a half in the wedding industry all dressed up and having a fantastic time laughing and letting loose. We all work so hard as a collective to make couples wedding dreams come true so was fantastic to see everyone having a great time.
