Dando London Bridal Dress

A truly beautiful dress that has only ever been worn once on my wedding day. It is a Christine Dando dress with beautiful flower detailing up the top, with a simple but yet elegant long train. I wanted something simple, but yet beautifully elegant and slightly sexy with fine detail and this beauty was the one. With sheer lace that camouflages the dress on your shoulders, chest and back area to bring out the lovely white details of the dress on the body. Sleeveless and in-between a sheath and A-line shape, the dress is not restrictive so makes the big wedding day much more manageable in terms of movement and flexibility, but enough of a body silhouette shape to give that slight nod of sexiness. The back detailing is what sold it for me, which consists of beautiful sheer white buttons, with lovely flower detailing coming from the front to the back. Minimal crystals are included within the flower detailing to give it some light shimmer, but not too much to maintain the elegance. The train is long, however moves easily and freely as its a simple train with no detail. There is the option to shorten the train by buttoning the train with the inbuilt loop to a dedicated button that sits slightly below the bum area. Please see in the photos how much it shortens the train by. I am 5″1 and wore 4inch heels on the day of which the dress still just stayed above touching the floor at the front. The dress has been fully dry cleaned and kept in storage. Kept in it’s original gown bag, then kept in a vacuum sealed bag so the only thing you will notice are creases which can be steamed out to bring this beauty back to its immaculate form.
